As an established email hosting company SMS is increasingly being asked to develop customised solutions for customers. Mailboxes on our shared servers are our best selling products with users benefitting from on-line ordering and on-line admin with our unique SMS Email Control Panel (available for all mailboxes). However our infrastructure allows us to quickly and easily add dedicated servers which are the basis of the customised solutions we offer.  Many dedicated SMS NexGen, MS Exchange, and Zimbra CS servers are all in use now in our data centre and most are highly customised. They benefit from the continuous back up of server hardware via our VMware platforms and data backup via our NetApps devices.
By choosing dedicated servers users benefit from all the other advantages of our hosted service but with a large degree of customisation possible. Once set up we normally do all the day to day server management and support but again users can choose to have their own management control if they wish. Dedicated server customers  are given a special 24/7 phone number to call in case of problems with their server although in practice we normally detect problems before they become noticeable to users.

This does include set up and some customisation however we do charge if additional facilities are required. We will quote for this work prior to placing order so that you know exactly what final costs to expect. Of course we also offer a range of Web server options and as part of our customised offerings can host other types of server.
